This week Mr Cunningham and Mrs Hurren would like you to be poets - you never know, you could be a poet and you didn't even know it!
Attached to this post is a poem about life in lockdown. We would like you to write your own lockdown poems. You could use some of the ideas in our poem to write a rhyming poem, but you don't have to - be creative! Early Years children...can you draw a picture of something you have done at home? It could be playing the garden, baking or enjoying stories together. We would love to see some words or sentences too to describe your picture.

Your challenge is...
Early Years - number bonds two minutes. How many can you do?
KS1 (Years 1 and 2) - doubling. Set the timer to 2 minutes - how many doubles can you solve?
KS2 (Years 3-6) - halving. Set the timer to 2 minutes - how many numbers can you half?
This week Mrs Hurren would like you to be journalists! Get reporting Dell!

English
This weeks challenge is to write a diary entry. It could be based on a day during your time at home. It could be imaginative, fictional writing, based on doing something you'd love to do.
We can't wait to read them!
Maths
This weeks challenge is based around measurement.
EYFS - your challenge is to organise items into short and long.
KS1 and KS2 - your challenge is to measure items around your home. Will you measure them in mm or cm? Can you convert cm into mm?
Entries in by Friday as usual and remember, you have to be in it to win it!
